In our constructions also, we must be able to repair or substitute which ever part has ceased to function, as it is done in the automobile industry.
In which all body parts, mechanical, or electrical can be changed with ease.
They have been designing components predicting their time of usefulness for quite a few years.
This is now also done in the building trade, devising components with a life cycle is become a priority.
At the moment how ever, more emphases is given to materials that are highly recyclable, or that can be reused, and with easy dismantling capacity.
