2. The significance of the CE Trade Mark, is one of authenticity for all thermal insulate.
The European Community to guarantee the free circulation of goods inside the European Union (EU) and in the free exchange zone (ZELE) has established through the directive 89/106CEE (Construction Directive Products) CPD, the essential requisite the work must guarantee, mechanical resistance, safety in case of fire, hygiene, healthy surrounding, noise protection, energy saving. If all materials been used through their characteristics can satisfy essential requisites, they are considered ideal.
The European Commission has trusted the CEN with the objective of defining for each product a regulation standard EN, those regulations here in Italy have been issued by UNI, regulation (UNI-EN). The obligatory requirement for the CE mark, was introduced in 2003, following a ruling of " harmony regulations " for thermal insulate.
The CE mark is not a mark of quality, or else presuppose to achieve minimal standard requirements.
THE CE mark allows to compare from similar product that are using the same EN regulations with homogeneous criteria references.
The CE mark has placed an obligation on the manufacturer to guarantee that, supervision quality and production control are within EN regulations standards (UNI-EN in Italy).

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION IS OBLIGATORY ON CE LABELS.
It's obligatory for some characteristics to be detailed on the products label's with CE marking:
The thermal characteristics ID and RD, (lambda) declared thermal resistance,
which is a value obtained by the worsening of M, following sample measuring
diminished by a fixed coefficient and multiplied for the standard deviation
